The BankTrack settlement financing flash report (2024) confirms Bank Leumi and Bank Hapoalim as primary settlement-financing banks providing investment consultant services to Ma’ale Adumim settlement and mortgages to homebuyers in Ariel and other settlements 22; WorldPay is not named in this financing chain. Whether WorldPay’s Israeli ILS transactions route through one of these banks as the acquiring sponsor - which could theoretically place it in the settlement financing chain - is unconfirmed as a public matter 22.

Worldpay was sold by FIS in two stages: 55% to GTCR (January 2024, becoming independent effective 1 February 2024) and the remaining 45% to Global Payments (January 2026), with FIS simultaneously acquiring Global Payments’ Issuer Solutions business 930.
